Serve alongside our pastors to experience the diversity of pastoral ministry. Training includes pastoral care, church administration, and how to prepare services, lead teams, and manage church life.\u00a0Students will have the opportunity to shadow our pastors as they minister to our church through prayer, discipleship, and community.<\/p>\n

The worship practicum is designed to give students a behind-the-scenes look at how The Belonging Co stewards its worship services every week, and provide hands-on training in all aspects of worship ministry.<\/p>\n

Students will first learn how to engage in the presence of God, then be trained in set list building, how to run rehearsals with a band, song & key choice, transitions, and flowing in spontaneous moments.<\/p>\n

Additionally students will gain experience in songwriting, leading, creating and maintaining thriving worship cultures, as well as to how to become the leader God has called them to be on and off the stage.<\/p>\n

Worship track students will have opportunities to lead and be led in a variety of worship environments, learning how to steward the most important aspect of worship \u2013 encountering Jesus, through the power of Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n

Students enrolled in the practicum program receive a scholarship that covers the cost of practicum credits.
