Mom's Ministry Group

We’re excited to offer a morning curated just for mothers. It’s a morning of teaching, encouragement and fellowship, and we’re delighted to extend the invitation your way. Please plan to join us from 9:30-11:30am at TBCO’s Nashville campus in the Student Auditorium. Childcare is available for 9 months - 6th grade at $5 per child ($20 cap for families). Mom’s Ministry Group meets one Thursday morning a month throughout the conventional school year filled with worship, meaningful conversation, community building, intentional teaching, light snacks and coffee. We also host monthly playdates, so make sure you join the Mom’s Ministry Group co-group/email list ( https://thebelongingco.churchcenter.com/groups/co-groups/mom-s-ministry-group ) to receive updates on all our events in the coming months. Our prayer is that God would continue to grow this group as a life-giving space for every mama, no matter what season of motherhood she’s in. Hi!! Our group consists of young adult women in their 20s + early 30s who love Jesus! We are passionate about diving deep into friendship with Jesus and one another. We will plan to meet on Monday’s from 6:30-8:30pm at my apartment in the Franklin area! What you can expect this fall semester: A whole lot of digging into the Word of God + coming together to discuss/ponder/stand in awe together Book study on The Divine Counselor Weekly meetings to foster authentic community + walk through life together Worshipping our King in unity Monthly potlucks + some fun outings/activity nights An environment where the Holy Spirit is invited in to join us each night, and sometimes that means our plans get surrendered! We will have some built in community nights to foster rich friendships, read the Divine Counselor together, and participate in some topical discussion nights. Each Co Group night will be opened up in worship + prayer, and then we will dive into conversing on the topic at hand. I believe it will be a really sweet semester as we grow closer to Jesus!!

We’re Jeff and Lisa Myers, and we’re opening our home in College Grove this fall for a special six-session CoGroup centered around The Divine Counselor by Pastor Alex Seeley. Together, we’ll explore what it means to know the Holy Spirit as our Counselor, recognize His voice, and become more attentive to His presence and leading in our everyday lives. Each Sunday, we’ll spend the first half discussing two chapters of the book, then spend the second half practicing an Attunement Circle, a simple, guided practice of slowing down, listening deeply, and becoming more present to ourselves and one another. Reading Schedule Aug. 30: Chapters 1–2 Sept. 13: Chapters 3–4 Sept. 27: Chapters 5–6 Oct. 11: Chapters 7–8 Oct. 25: Chapters 9–10 Nov. 8: Closing Session We’ll meet Sunday afternoons from 1:00–3:00 PM. Feel free to pick up lunch after church and bring it with you. We’ll have drinks and cookies. Our hope is to create a safe, grace-filled space for honest conversation, spiritual growth, and deeper connection. This is a six-session CoGroup hosted in our home in College Grove.

This group is for men who desire to grow deeper in their faith. Together, we’ll be discussing Pastor Alex’s book, The Divine Counselor, and encouraging one another as we pursue Jesus and seek to live faithfully. We’ll meet at my home in Brentwood on Sundays from 5–7pm. Our meeting schedule will vary slightly, with some gatherings every other week and others on consecutive Sundays. We’ll go over the full schedule at our first meeting. I’d love for you to join us and look forward to walking alongside you. Tentative start date: August 30th.
