Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter, including your name, contact information, church connection and message. Ministry forms also receive the topic or follow-up choices you select. The faith-decision form currently asks for a birthdate and your decision, with optional additional details.

We use your submission to respond and help with your requested next step. Please include only information needed for your request and avoid unnecessary medical, financial or other people’s confidential details.

Forms and church records

Authorized church staff receive enquiries through our website inbox or email. General contact messages are also stored in the website database. Kids and Youth enquiries may use your email address to locate existing Planning Center records for staff. Our backend submits faith-decision responses to Planning Center. Sending a website form does not give you direct access to Planning Center.

A request for ministry follow-up is separate from permission for unrelated promotional communications. Event registration, giving, shopping and other external services may have separate forms and privacy notices.

Children and youth

Kids enquiries ask for an adult contact’s details. Students and parents or guardians may contact our Youth ministry. An enquiry is separate from registering a child for an activity. Where authorization is required for a particular use of a child’s information, it must be addressed through the relevant registration or follow-up process.

Contact us if you have a question about information concerning your child. We review requests with the relevant ministry and take account of safeguarding and other applicable obligations.

Hosting, security and service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, database storage, media delivery and security services. Technical information, such as IP addresses, requests and security signals, may be processed to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. Selected forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection.

Our providers also include email delivery and mailbox services and Planning Center for the processing described above. Providers may process information outside your state or country. Authorized staff and providers access information as needed for their work. We may disclose information where required by law or to address safety or security matters.

Analytics and cookie choices

With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to measure selected general website pages. We do not send form contents to Analytics or use this setup for personalized advertising. Declining does not prevent forms or videos from working. We treat Global Privacy Control as an analytics refusal.

Your analytics choice, when saved, is remembered for up to 180 days on this browser. You can change it below. We keep a minimal record of saved choices, containing a receipt identifier, choice, notice version and time. Clearing browser storage may remove your preference. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection; it does not automatically erase information already collected.

If the birthdate already entered in the faith-decision form identifies a minor, a session preference keeps analytics off. This preference does not contain the birthdate or form contents.

Google Analytics uses browser and session cookies configured with a 90-day lifetime. Session-cookie expiry may renew during use. Declining Analytics through Cookie preferences removes these cookies from this browser.

Video, music and external links

Some message thumbnails load from YouTube’s image servers, which receive the technical request to serve the image. These are separate from the video player.

YouTube’s embedded player loads to display the video preview and playback controls. Google receives technical information when the player loads, before you press Play, and during playback. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. It can use browser storage during playback; privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no information is processed. Playing a video does not enable our Google Analytics.

Music and other links can take you to Spotify, Vimeo, YouTube, our store or another provider. Those destinations operate under their own privacy notices and settings.

Retention and security

Website records, staff email, ministry systems and backups can retain separate copies. Retention depends on the purpose, ongoing follow-up, security needs and applicable recordkeeping or safeguarding obligations. Deleting a website copy does not automatically delete a ministry record or a backup. We use access controls and other measures to protect information.
