01Which services offer TBCO Kids?+
TBCO Kids is available at every Sunday gathering in Nashville, Franklin, and Columbia. Current times are shown above.
02What about check-in?+
You’ll find our team ready to greet you at check-in. Check-in begins 30 minutes before each service, and check-out remains open for 15 minutes after the service ends.
03What is your security policy?+
The TBCO Kids area is a completely secured space. When you check in your child, you’ll receive a parent or guardian tag with a unique code for that day. Only the person holding the matching pickup tag may collect the child. If that tag is given to someone else, they will be permitted to pick up the child when the secure codes match.
04My child is nervous. Can I stay in their classroom?+
Because TBCO Kids is a secure area, only background-checked team members are permitted in classrooms. Our experienced team will make sure each child is well cared for. If your child needs your attention, we will contact you by text message.
05How will you reach me if my child needs me?+
We will send a text message to the phone number provided at check-in. If you do not respond within five minutes, the code on your parent tag will appear on the screen.
06Are your Servant Leaders background checked?+
Yes! Every adult serving in TBCO Kids, regardless of role or area, has passed a background check. They have also been vetted 1 on 1 with a staff member. Adults are never permitted to be alone with a child.
07What should I bring for my child?+
If your child is still in diapers, we recommend bringing a diaper bag and bottle or cup. You are welcome to leave anything else your child may need. Elementary kids are encouraged to bring a Bible and journal. We provide a nut-free, allergy-sensitive snack in each class.
08What if my child has allergies?+
TBCO Kids is a peanut-free area, so please do not bring peanut products into the space. Tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions at check-in. This information is printed on your child’s name tag to help keep them safe during snack time.
09What is your sick-child policy?+
Please do not check in children who have had a fever above 99° without medicine, diarrhea, or vomiting within the last 24 hours; have green nasal discharge, pink eye, a persistent deep cough, lice, or scabies; have strep throat without at least 24 hours of antibiotics; have a contagious illness; or have open or weeping sores, wounds, or an unexplained contagious rash.
