TBCØ TALKS
We have a manifesto that guides our church: Presence over presentation, intimacy over industry, people over position, encounter over entertainment, Jesus over everything.
The theme for this year’s TBCØ Talks is Jesus Over Everything and we’ll unpack each piece of our manifesto.
FRIDAY

Presence over presentation: Submitting our plans to God’s will.

We all have plans for our lives. Whether it’s our day to day, our five year plans, or even our church services, we have our own ideas of how things will play out; and we do so with a heart for The Lord. But, where in our plans do we leave room for Holy Spirit? We do so much for God but how much do we do with God? At The Belonging Co, we believe in presence OVER presentation, but how do we practically do that? Join Lead Pastors Henry and Alex Seeley as they lean into how to prioritize the presence of God in our gatherings.
Intimacy over Industry: Bringing The Presence of God to our Spheres of Influence.

Intimacy with Jesus is a necessity in our daily walk with Christ. Jesus gave us the instruction to stay tethered to Him in order to endure the trials we face and walk the narrow road. But, how do you stand firm on the beliefs you have when everyone else is going in a different direction? Join us as we explore how to steward our personal relationship and intimacy with Jesus and take up our crosses in the spheres of influence we are called to.

People over Position: Unity and Vulnerability as you build teams

In our culture, we tend to glorify how much we can get done with little to no consideration of the toll it takes on the person completing the tasks. However, when that occurs, it is easy to diminish the personal needs of a team and we’re left with spaces where it’s hard to have honest conversations. How do you create an atmosphere of vulnerability without penalty? Vulnerability that calls up instead of calls out? Vulnerability that heals instead of shames? Join The Belonging Co team as we discuss creating safe spaces where the transformational love of Jesus can flourish.
Encounter over Entertainment: Pursuing excellence without sacrificing an encounter with God

At The Belonging Co, we believe just one encounter with the presence of God can change everything. The lights can be beautiful, it can sound good, it can feel right, but if we haven’t entered into His presence, then what is all of this for? How do we prioritize facilitating an encounter with the presence of God while bringing our best as an offering unto God? Join our team as we discuss what it means to bring excellence into spheres of worship without sacrificing an encounter with Him.

THE BELONGING CO CONFERENCE
The Belonging Co Conference is a three-day gathering of the global Church hosted by The Belonging Company in Nashville, Tennessee. Our goal is to equip and empower the Church to step into our true identity in Christ and have a profound impact on our generation, from wherever we are and with whomever we come into contact.
At The Belonging Co Conference, we set our focus on the inspiration, revelation, and presence of God with engaging worship, scripture-based and Holy Spirit-inspired messages, and testimonies from ambassadors of the Kingdom in their individual fields and spheres of influence.
When we draw closer to God in full pursuit, we are continuously taken to new levels of glory as we are shaped into His image. From the power of His presence comes new vision and new revelation. There is always more.
