Is Southeastern University accredited?
Will my previous College credits transfer to The Belonging Co College?
Yes. Southeastern University typically accepts most accredited college credits. Once you have completed the application, you can request a preliminary degree audit.

How are classes facilitated?
Classes that receive academic credit through SEU are facilitated in-person, online, and in group study sessions. Adjunct Professors, our Academic Director and The Belonging Co College staff will also be available for support.
Practicum sessions and serving opportunities are facilitated, hands-on and face-to-face with the pastors, staff and guests speakers of The Belonging Co.
What is the Certificate Program?
The Belonging Co College Certificate Program is designed for individuals who want practical experience within vocational ministry or the marketplace. Students applying for this program must have an associate degree or higher.
What is Practicum?
Practicum is the hands-on training and in-person experience that aligns with your degree.
Which practicums are offered?
How much is tuition?
Annual tuition for SEU students pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree at The Belonging Co College is $12,586. This includes the tuition and tech fee paid to SEU, as well as, The Belonging Co College site fee,
Tuition for SEU students pursuing a Master’s degree at The Belonging Co College ranges from $495-$560 per credit hour, as well as, a $1100 site fee.
Annual tuition for students in the certificate program is $4,100.
Is financial aid available?
Yes! Students attending The Belonging Co College to pursue their Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree are encouraged to apply for FAFSA. Use School Code 001521 when completing. Financial aid is NOT available for the Certificate program.

Is student housing available?
However, upon acceptance to The Belonging Co College you will be added to our private Facebook Group to connect with other students looking for housing opportunities.
Alternatively there are several apartment complexes and rental opportunities in Nashville you can choose from.
Academic Year Schedule
The Fall 2024 semester begins August 18th, 2024 and ends December 10th, 2024.
The Spring 2025 semester begins January 12th, 2025 and ends May 6th, 2025.
Weekly Schedule
Students should plan to be on site:
Mondays from 8am to 5pm
Tuesdays from 9:30am to 5pm
Wednesdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Students weekly schedule is determined each semester when they register for classes. Additionally students should plan to attend and serve on either Sundays (9am or 11am) or Tuesdays (7:30pm).
When do classes and practicums occur?
In-person Classes
Classes are available Monday-Wednesday but specific schedule is determined based on class load).
Online Classes
Online classes provide flexibility throughout the week to complete coursework at each students pace.
Study Hall
The Belonging Co College provides students the opportunity to study together on Monday mornings.
Practicums
Practicum sessions take place on Mondays and Tuesdays. Students are required to serve twice a month and attend twice a month on Sundays or Tuesdays.
When can I apply?
Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are open May 1, 2024. Apply here.
Can international students apply?
Currently we are unable to accept international students due to state regulations. Student visas are also not accepted at this time. You must be a U.S. Citizen in order to apply.Â
Can I start in the Spring semester?
Does The Belonging Co have to be my home church to apply?
Students who move from out of state, or out of town students are expected to attend The Belonging Co for the first three years.
Local students who currently attend and serve in their local church prior to applying may continue to do so. In order to fulfill The Belonging Co College practicum requirements, you must attend Tuesday night services at The Belonging Co.
Can I work while attending The Belonging Co College?
Yes you can, and many of our students do. The full-time degree program will require students to be on site Monday – Wednesdays depending on class schedule.. We encourage students to maintain a healthy balance between working, social activities and course work.Â

Will I need a car?
It is advisable to have your own means of transportation.
