Practicum Experience
Students of The Belonging Co College will serve alongside seasoned leaders, gain ministry experience and leadership-intensive training while building community within our church. Areas of training will include Pastoral Leadership, Worship, Digital Media, Psychology, Production and Business.

Sometimes the greatest learning environments are found outside of the classroom. We equip you to succeed in your chosen field through on-site practicum opportunities.
PASTORAL LEADERSHIP
Serve alongside our pastors to experience the diversity of pastoral ministry. Training includes pastoral care, church administration, and how to prepare services, lead teams, and manage church life. Students will have the opportunity to shadow our pastors as they minister to our church through prayer, discipleship, and community.
DIGITAL MEDIA
Discover and release your creativity through graphic and digital design, social media, film and video, photography and communications. Students will learn a church-centered creative process, develop technical proficiency in your gift and grow in leadership all while producing cutting edge, high-end visual content.
WORSHIPÂ
PSYCHOLOGY
Gain practical training from Nashville-based certified counselors who teach our students best practices on their journeys to becoming psychologists. Students will learn from field experts through mock sessions, informative lectures and group activities that will supplement their degree courses.
